Know Before You Book:
- When making a booking, you must carefully check the details. Once the booking is made, no alteration can be made
- Guide dogs accompanying qualified blind persons and hearing dogs accompanying qualified deaf persons are permitted to hop on the Hop On, Hop Off
- Children 1 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Bikes or skateboard are not allowed on the Buses
- This ticket remains valid for six months from the date of the activity. If customers are unable to participate in the tour on the scheduled day, they may still attend within a six-month period from the initial tour date.
Know Before You Go:
- You must present a Booking Confirmation to the driver when boarding. Electronic tickets generated by the Application are also acceptable
- Please ensure that your SIM card is operational abroad to facilitate bus tracking. If you do not have a working SIM card in Thailand, please ensure to print the necessary information on paper
- You should arrive at the Stop prior to the arrival of the Vehicle
- Seats on the Vehicle are provided on the first-come-first-serve basis.
- You may only board or leave the Vehicle at only designated Stop.
- The company may not be held responsible for any loss, damage, liability or cost suffered as a result of any delay to any the Service.
- You should wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes
- If you plan to visit temples on that day, kindly wear attire that covers your knees and shoulders to enter the landmarks. Transparent clothing may not be permitted
