Enjoy a thrilling boat ride along the Kok River, uncover historic hill-tribe villages, and trek through hills on an elephant on this full-day tour. After dining on a local meal, complete your day with a refreshing swim at a nearby waterfall.
Your journey begins at the Chiang Rai boat landing, where you embark on a 45-minute ride along the Kok River. Arrive at the hill-tribe village of Karen, by far the largest tribe in the region. From there, climb on a magnificent elephant and trek up and down hills and into the woods toward the Yao hill-tribe village.
After your trek, refill your energy with an authentic Thai lunch at a local restaurant. Later on, trek further to reach the Huay Mae Sai Waterfall. Take a short break and dive into the refreshing water for a swim. Before you return to the hotel, visit the Akha hill tribe.
